That's how the Payroll's going to be. As far as the new descriptions (Chief Reporter/Gaming Division Head), these folks will be the individuals in charge of their fields. The Chief Reporter will basically accept all the articles from the Reporters, overlook them, and decide which ones will do for the VE Today newsletter come release-day. The Gaming Division head will do the same. Both individuals, however, must submit to the Chief Editor (myself) all of their choices for that weeks VE Today issue for approval.
Let me know if you have any questions or comments. This is what I am planning on sending to Talon, so speak up if you have any querries. -----------------------

Cos, how about making it some hundred IC's per article? instead of a monthly pay. and the articles can be at least a couple of paragraphs long to be taken into count. -----------------------

No. They're monthly payments because these will be implimented with the rest of your VE accounts paydays. It would be harder to pay each individual per task rather than by monthly payments. -----------------------

I would like to apply for the Gaming Division Head. I have been gaming on the internet since I was 9 years old, and I have lots of experience in the field. I have been playing the old NES since way back when, and I have almost every system you could think of. Yes, that includes the Sega Cd, which totally sucked like Dreamcast.
I get Gaming Monthly every month, Nintendo Power, X-Box, and Playstation. I read them all thuroughly and get as much info about them sucked into my mind so I can go back to school and brag to all my buddy gamers how much I know about gaming.
I play on the interenet whenever I get time, and usually meet lots of people who run tournaments and things like that. I could include that in my articles, you know, the information on International Tournaments that I know about, and where and when you can sign up for them. I know that we are all about StarWars, but there are some other good games out there that aren't all just StarWars based. (i.e. Tomy Clancy's Ghost Recon, Counter Strike, Final Fantasy games, and StarWars games,)

Well, I need a few thousand extra IC's, so an 1000 IC salary isn't that bad... But, of course, Will gets an extra 1500 IC's for being the web designer... Typical.  -----------------------

Okie-doke. I figured the payroll as such:
Reporters/Interviewers get 1000 ICs. The articles aren't long (probably 2 paragraphs at most, and those are the large paragraphs). I'm not thinking like 1-2 pagers. I gave the position of Web Designer 1500 ICs because that individual must create (plan to make an effective website *appearences, ease of use, etc.*) and maintain the website. Maintenence requires that that individual take all the accepted articles from the released newsletter and stick them onto the website. Little more work. -----------------------

No. That's fine, you don't have to split your payment, but as with all the salaries, assistants get lower pay than the actual "head honcho", so I'll make the assistant's salary 1000 ICs. -----------------------
