I would like to congratulate all the new people who have completed basic training and made it into Squadrons. I would also like to take this time to congratulate all the current pilots who have successfully completed other exams.
The Naval Academy also has the following awards to give out:
CRW EarthJedi01 and CRW Edor Taan will be promoted to LCRW for passing the Aviator's Exam with exemplery marks.
PO2 Willtconq will also be promoted to PO1 for scoring extremely well on the Senior Aviator's Exam.
CWO Shazam will be awarded Merit Cross 2nd class for getting a perfect score on the Senior Aviator's Exam. He may also add (=*MA*=) to his ID line due to an error found when reviewing tests. He passed with distinction, which further merits this medal.
WO2 Chipmunk Man and ENS Arturus will be given yet another Merit Cross 1st class for scoring a perfect on the Master Aviator's.
Some of these were long overdue, but that should be everyone in my records since I reviewed them all. Congratulations to you all.

I actually have a question here... Why is it, that if Will has a distinction as well as Jack, why don't they both get a promotion? Or if both Chip and myself did the same on the test, why the difference in medals? I'm not mad or anything, just curious. -----------------------

Ok after searching through the records, again Jack Nebulax also scored the on his exams. Therefore he too will be promoted to PO1 for an exmplery score. Sorry for the delay and mix up, but we here at VENA are very bogged down with work. Thanks again for your cooperation.
Techniquilly you two scored differently on your exam. Chip and Art both scored perfect on their Master Aviator's exam which far better than anyone as of yet has done. Shazam scored a perfect on the Senior Aviator's exam which is an entirely different test, therefore deserving of different recognition. Shazam also didn't score a perfect on the Master Aviator's, merely with distinguishing marks.
This is the reasoning behind the difference medals. If you have any further question please feel free to take it up me in person via email -----------------------
