Alright, I just went through and checked and updated every section of the roster. Here are the results:
-Laguna is now the Flight Leader for Nazgul's Third Flight.
-Several long-term AWOL pilots were simply retired.
-Two pilots found on the active section of the roster, but not in any position on the active roster, were AWOLed. If you know anything about ShadowDragon or Chabe Jagar (ie: if they should have been retired or AWOLed and someone just 'missed' when they aimed at that section of the roster) let me know so I can update it.
-All trainees who signed up before December, 2004 and have not yet exited the training section of the roster were removed from the Navy Division.
-I renamed all of the squadron positions. The designations such as 2-3 and 1-4 always bothered me, so I switched them to raw numbers. These are more consistent with the Star Wars novels and actual numbering schemes. I've been wanting to do that for years now and never got around to it until now. :P
-I moved Viper Squadron to the Offensive fleet's wing and Sting Squadron to the main active wing. I will be encouraging its activatino when Kaph and Nazgul start filling up. I've always liked the name :P

I have no idea. Where do you stick a Commodore and ex-NHC member? I don't really want to be just in a squadron... but I haven't done anything lately in the Navy to deserve a high and mighty job, either. I suppose it's up to you.

Speaking of Roster Updates:
Welcome back Commodore Darkhawk to active duty! He'll be serving as the Navy's Tactical Officer. Ignore the description of the TAC in the manuel, Darkhawk's duties will be to assist me in managing the lot of you in stories and to come up with ideas for missions when you all start banging on the tables for more.
Ideally, also, he and I will start to offer suggestions for writing improvement. Try not to take offense if we offer suggestions to improve your writing, likely it will mostly be stuff like "You should spellcheck" or "This should be it's not its."
Well, maybe a bit more than that. Time will tell. :P -----------------------

I was looking at the same thing the other day, if you look at the active roster, no one in either Kaph or Nazgul is in the DJO, not even Shazam, Chip Den, or Art. I was starting to wonder if there is a rule restricting a navy member from joining the DJO.
