Everyting you need for the Exams can be found in the Navy Roster, Navy Manual, ComNet somewhere, or Vast Emprie sites. Some of the stuff is common knowledge and most of the stuff that requires any new training material is the Master Aviator's which no one can take yet :P
And I never said you couldn't ask someone for help, they just can't give you the answers. I'm sure some of the senior members could give you a hand if you looked them up on IRC. -----------------------

First, how the hell would you know?
Second, if you're referring to the time when everyone in Aegis either retired or moved onto better things and then the Navy began to fall apart, then yes, Viper was better. But before that, Aegis reigned supreme.
