Grandia II is the best RPG I have ever played. I just broke out my dreamcast again and played it. The storyline has more depth than any of the final fantasy games. The graphics are a little behind FFX and XI, but the gameplay and fighting system MORE than makes up for that.
PLus I've found a couple SW lines in there.

Grandia II was all right, but it wasn't even as good as the first one. There are PLENTY of RPGs that are much better: Final Fantasy VI, VII, and Tactics, Breath of Fire III, Star Ocean 2, Chrono Trigger, etc. -----------------------

Grandia Xtreme = Grandia II for PS2
And FFVIII was no where near as good as FFVII....

Can't say I've ever heard of it, and I agree that 8 is total crap, and apparently, so did the creators, because they're making a total compilation to 7 but not 8... Wonder why...? Probably because they saw that fans liked 7 more than 8, and I have no clue how you came to the conclusion that 8 was better than 7... K. -----------------------

see i played 7 fir about an hour, wehnt in, found i couldnt get the resolution above 640x480, played for another hour anyway, decided the hole magick type system sucked, uninstalled, used for coasters. -----------------------

I did that on a couple of other games, but I must say, it was the most messed up on Mysteries of the sith... But I have about three hundred snapshots none the less, not only of thier features... But of thier gruesome murders as well... Good times. -----------------------

I saw a couple of the startrek movies and actually kind of liked them, but I stayed as far away from them as possible, didn't wanna become obsessed... And when I started getting into starwars ( 3rd Grade ) I grew a natural opposition to startrek. AS YOU ALL SHOULD.  -----------------------

Cosmic... you are WEIRD.
And Squall is just a graphically-suped-up version of Locke from Final Fantasy VI. They wear the same freaking outfit. Squall just doesn't have a bandana.
