I got this background, and many of my others (which I like to edit) from some Russian website that has a whole bunch of these. Great artists.
And to post a pick, make sure that the Attach Screenshot to this Message checkbox is checked. Give a Title to your screenshot. And lastly, click Browse (Screenshot Picture) and select your image. You don't have to mess with the Thumbnail. Just submit the New Post, and it should magically appear.
