Greetings, and welcome to the Vast Empire's Navy, the greatest naval force in the galaxy. I am your training officer, LCM JMac. Here is how your training will work:
You now have access to the comnet. You can get in either through the main page, or by typing in http://www.vastempire.com/comnet in your browser. After that, go into the Naval Academy Board and post a new topic, stating who you are, why you are joining, etc.
Following your post, you will be placed in a training flight. This will give you a chance to experience life in a squadron, but will not place you in an active duty position until your basic flight training is complete.
Lastly, try out what our site has to offer. Go into the bank and change your password. Go to the store and buy something. Go onto mIRC and talk with the denizens of our site. When you are ready, go onto our academy site and take the basic aviators exam. A passing score will put you in active duty, a 100% will result in a commendation and a promotion.
