Mrs Bears birthday is on November the 13th.. 20 days 
I don't have a clue what to buy her!
So, I'm running this competition: Submit on this topic a suggestion for Mrs Bears bday present from me, costing no more than £30 ($45 US) and small enough to fit into a.. well, a box. 
I will give 20,000 Imperial Credits to the best suggestion, and 10,000 Imperial Credits to the second best suggestion (which I will use as my Christmas pressie for her  ).

By the way, shes not actually Mrs Bear.. Just Mrs Bear-to-be. One day

How about the old fasioned Box of chocolates in a heart shaped box.
A dozen roses - died in blue 
A chocolate birthday caked made with blue frosting
A picture of you in a blue frame
Or a poem on blue paper or blue ink
I'll think of some more later.
P.S. I don't know about all of you, but a lot of people appreciate things that people MAKE them more than what people buy them. Knowing that someone spent time to make you something is a very good feeling to have when accepting the gift.

I must say that Cosmic is right. If you make something, women appreciate it more, only not to cheap or cheesy though, and it has to be thoughtful. We'll have been together for 2 years exactly, next Valentines day.. so thats about 20 months so far..
I'm not really sure what she likes.. I'm not very good with my hands (well, not when making things anyway ), so I'm not sure if she'd like something I made. Besides, what can I make?!
I don't want to give her flowers or chocolate or anything. I want her to have something that makes her think of me whenever she looks at it.. Not something that dies or she eats -----------------------

Get her a stuffed animal of her favorite animal. That would be sweet and anytime she looks at it she can think of you, or hug it. It could be blue. In addition, you should write her a letter, or poem, to accompanay the gift. Just find out her favorite animal and try to find it as a stuffed animal. Thay don't usually cost more than $45. Bear, what you said about being too good about making things: That's the whole point! If she is a true goodly-like person, she wouldn't really care if it was a little screwed up, the edges not totally squared, or whatever. The important part that she will see is that you tried your best to make her happy. Believe me, making stuff yourself is the best gift anyone could get from a person...It's just like Love, for example.

Well, you could carve a picture frame(a nice one) and put a picture of the both of you in it, but I'm assuming that that's too much skill for you So how bout this, write a nice, long poem about your love for her(assuming you love her enough to write about it for a while), then... d*mn, the stuffed animal thing is a great idea, but if she's in high school, also get her some nice balloons to carry around all day, I see that nearly every day at my school. -----------------------
