Actually, they have decided - and they are right - that he is using his old VE account. If we got rid of his account and he tried to get approval to have an FES-sponsored VE one, he'd be denied.
If we deleted his account and he rejoined under another callsign, it would take awhile to pick him out from amongst the new member pile.
So, I don't know. Maybe we can just have him banned from army comnets? I'll ask to see if that can happen. I don't want one person making it necessary to shut off all our comnets to non-army personnel. It would be unfair to them.
Meanwhile, I've taken to assessing fines for each violation he has made in a squad topic. Hopefully, with the store coming back (hopefully) in the near future, this form of punishment will have some teeth to it. -----------------------
