I don't think there is anybody that would object having you back, Demonic. I could put you back to XO if you wanted to, though you wouldn't have a flight leader position (I guess not much of a change from when you went into the reserves.) You probably know the flight 3 position is open. Because of the "reforms," it is now meant for a lower ranked member...so I can't really give it to you. I can explain this in detail if you wish so.

Than any thought to the times of the meetings? Are they going to stay the same or change? A weekend day early afternoon before 4:30pm eastern would work perfect for me. This time wouldn't matter if I had to work or not so I could always be there.

Hey everyone, I'm back like I said, i'd be. I couldn't get online at the hospital because they kept me busy. I'm a little confused about the change up. I'm still Kaph 7,I'm guessing, but I was reporting to Than and Cy. Now who?

This is getting a little aggrevating. It's Saturday afternoon, I just got out of the hospital, and the first thing I have done is check in here. For now I will just report to Than and we can work out the kinks later. I'm back for the next three weeks at least, sooooo.....

Really, I was hoping to come back to a story line or assignment. Let's go Kaph, I wanna fly.

Still need an updated roster from Demonic and Than- you guys are at maximum capacity according to your roster because we're only allowing 9 members to a squadron this year.  The rest will have to be filled by NPCs.  Three members to a flight would be nice unless you have other plans- we need to make sure everyone is actually active as well.  I've got Aeos and Scout as well as C-3PX2 waiting, but I may have a few more on the way.  IF you have anyone else that you think might be interested- lemme know.  We're thinking about opening up a third group yet or at least combining with a group from the Doashim.  More on that later.

Ok, I've moved people around and such according to the nine person system. I have a feeling that we are going to need another squadron.

Now about the over all ordering. The first two Flights are roughly for the more experienced pilots. The ones that have had their fair share of experience in story posting and are doing ok with their exams. Though not exactly what I had in mind with who I ended up placing in it, third flight is for less experienced members. Though none of you are really new recruits. You either haven't had much experience with Navy writing or haven't finished exams. The FL position is not really in the same boat. It is meant for a member with a lower rank to gain some experience with leadership positions. It isn't as permanent as the the first two FLs....(I've explained this whole thing before).

C3, if you don't believe you are ready for the position, PM me about it. Though I think you're past and present experiences in the VEN is enough for the position. If he has no objections, Flight 3 people need to send their reports to C3, Demonic and I next week.

This bleeds over to the plot line. Skylla is moved to an FM possession in Flight 1 not because she is punished but because we need her in one of the more experienced flights. C3 is appointed to the Third FL position since we need a less intimidating FL for our third flight (though we don't really have any new recruits, Aristoc has experience in the Army.)

Dredj was removed because he hasn't showed any activity in along time. I wish for him to be placed in the reserves again.


Now for some other ideas. People in flight 3, what are your character's feelings about taking orders from a tin can?

Also, flights two and three need a NPC. The individual flights are responsible for their NPC. These characters need more than a name and a paragraph. I need an in depth bio. Members interested should PM me their finished bio. Just as a side note, doing this would look good for a hypothetical promotion.

By the way Darr. You need to break your own leg. For the most part, I make my report to Shaz sometime on Sunday, for the record. Basically, if you get it in before then, I really don't consider it late. Though I do prefer reports on Fridays.

I would be honored to take the role of flight leader. I will do my best to the best of my ability. As for my availability to make it to squadron meeting; I recently acquired a job, though I do not think that it will interfere with being at to squadron meetings.

Well, maybe I'm not sure what PMing means Than.

Although I love to write and post here in the comnet, I am not the most computer savvy person and sometimes get confused as to all the various ways we can communicate. I am limited.

If you mean by PMing, to message you in the message center, that I can do. My two ways of communicating are here in the comnet and the message center. Everyone, please keep that in mind.

Anyway, I don't think I have time now to list my NPC. For now, as inexperienced as I am, I should probably just focus on my character.

I would like to say a few words pertaining to the ESC.

Some of you may know that I was second to Demonic last year. I am not saying this to brag but to make a point. I was out for the squadron as a FM, but I was also out for my individual standing a lot as well.

I am no longer a FM, I am SC. When you become SC you measure your achievements by how well your squadron does, not by how well you do. You are no longer part of the squadron but one with the squadron. So this ESC I will not be most excited by the long list of individual pilot feats but the shorter one with the totals for the squadrons. I'll put my efforts into the sections where Kaph is lacking, regardless if it miss weighs my individual standing.

In a nut shell, I am not out to get Top Pilot. I am out to get Kaph another year as Elite.

So Let's kick some ass and take down some names because I am going to do everything I can to defend our title. Elite is our title, Nazgul and the third group want to take it from us. We are not going to let them do it. Keep that in mind while you compete this ESC.

Etan, the ESC is the Elite Squadron Competition. It is based on different levels of skill putting squadron against squadron in different categories.

Here is last years ESC, in which Kaph came out on top.
