"Rizzit, this is Japer. I need you to meet me in Fury's office, we have an emergency." said the Wildcard Platoon commander.
"I'll be in there right away. Any idea what this is about?"asked his faithful assistant Rizzit
"I have no idea, thats why we are going to this mission briefing." said Japer
"Ok, see you there." replied Rizzit
Japer got off of his comnet, and continued on to Fury's office. He wondered himself what this is all about, no doubt some type of military operation that Wildcard is needed to participate in. He opened the door to Fury's office, and found that Fury and Peacemaker were awaiting him. Japer greeted them with a salute.
"Greetings Sirs. My assistant should be here in any second." as Japer said this, Rizzit appeared in the room, and also greeted his three superiors.
"I understand that you wanted to see Japer and myself?" inquired Rizzit
"Yes, both of you, have a seat, we have a situation that we believe should be handled by your platoon." said Fury as he turned on a holographic projection of a map of the Fresia system.
"As you can see, the Fresia system is active in trading. What you also probably know is, this particular planet, (substitute planet with actual name once decided) was once a active rebel supply center. What I'm sure that you did not know, is that it is believed to be once again activated. We believe that they are preparing for a strike on our bases in the near area, and if we strike now, we can crush them with minimal losses on our part." said Peacemaker
"We need you and Rizzit must compile a strategy on how to eliminate the pending threat of a military strike on our immediate outposts. You have exactly twenty four hours to formulate this strategy, and present it to us, after which, if we approve your operation plan, it will be put into action immediately. Said Fury. Dismissed"
Japer and Rizzit got up, and went to Japer's office where they will put together their plan for attack.
"Hmmm, this could be a tricky operation. We have to take care of these guys without really alerting the surrounding trading companies of our immediate presence. We may be able to convince some of them to help us." said Japer with an evil grin
"I'm not sure if thatﾾﾙs the way to go. Perhaps we should mask ourselves as a convoy landing on the planet and go from there.� suggested Rizzit
"Yes, that could work, but first we must confirm what is actually going down on Fresia. I will instruct Wraith to capture a shuttle scheduled to arrive on Fresia and mask themselves as the ships crew. They will confirm what our Intel tells us. If it checks out, Wraith will take out all defense systems to allow the rest of our ground forces to land. Once the planet is secure, Iron Horse will land with their walkers and engage enemy forces. The walkers have firepower that the Wraiths will not. This will allow us to take out any ﾾﾜbig targetsﾾ� that need to be removedﾾ�. We will set up a base on Fresia, I'm sure that the heads of the corporations will allow us to use there facilities without much resistance. I will accompany the Wraiths and Iron Horse on this part of the mission to convince the corporations to allow us to use their facilities. I may stay there while the two squads press on. Depending on how badly itﾾﾙs needed, I may command a walker for Iron Horse instead of doing some special ops work with Wraith. They had many casualties lately, and their member count is not good, therefore all I know is I am going down with that group. You will not accompany me however. You will stay with the RAIDERS, which reminds me: Do you have any suggestions as to how the other two remaining squads should act in this mission?" inquired Japer
"I believe that I have an idea that would work fairly well. After we got confirmation from Wraith, we should insert the Dark Dragoons first. They would do best to use there tanks to provide cover for all of the missions that we send the Raiders on, to prevent unnecessary casualties. As for the Raiders, I will accompany them on their mission. We will engage any ground forces, with the cover of the Dark Dragoon's tanks. If we approach the mission this way, I believe we have the best way to succeed." said Rizzit
"This seems to be sufficient enough to me. We may as well go to sleep now, as we have a big day tomorrow. I will contact the squad leaders and have them prepare their groups for a highly sensitive mission." said Wildcard's commander
"Good night sir." said Rizzit
"Night Rizz. Do me a favor would ya?" said Japer
"Cut the "sir" crap?" requested Japer
" Yes si... I mean Japer" said a smiling Rizzit
"Thank you." said Japer
Japer departed from his office, and returned to his bedding area. He changed into to his pink bathrobe that he loved so very very much, and laid down on his bed, thinking of the importance of the operation that he was about to command. He held the fate of several valuable Imperial outposts in his hands, and he could not fail, no matter what. Soon after that thought had crossed his mind, Japer drifted off into a deep sleep.
The next day...
Japer awoke, took a quick shower and changed into his officer outfit. He met Rizzit in the hall on his way to the meeting with Fury, Peacemaker, and all of his squad leaders.
"Good morning Japerﾾ� Said Fury. ﾾﾜI trust you have a sufficient battle plan for this operation?"
"Yes sir, Rizzit and I took careful measures to ensure that this was going to be as successful as possible.ﾾ� Japer assured him. ﾜWere even going to be seeing a bit of the action ourselves
Well I know Rizzit has control over the RAIDERS, but Japer: who are you going to be with� asked Demi Wraith. ﾾﾜI sure hope you dont plan to sit in a tank and call that action.ﾾ� Demi said sarcastically.
Actually DW, Japer is going down with the Wraiths and Iron Horse Rizzit replied. ﾜBut lets all sit down, so Japer and I can explain our proposed plan.
Very well Said Fury. ﾾﾜThe floor is yours.
Fury, Peacemaker, Timber Saden, Demi Wraith, and Raziel all took a seat on a chair in Furyﾾﾙs office while Rizzit and Japer explained their plan of attack.
So you see.� Japer finished. ﾾﾦthis really is the best way to go about things
Japer, we will have an AT-PT standing by for your command if need be.ﾾ� Timber offered.
Thanks, I appreciate itﾾ� Japer said. Now do any of you have questions. An ill silence fell throughout the room.
Very well. In that case Squad Leaders: go brief your squad. Platoon Commanders: you get to stay here with me and Warmaker.� Fury said.
The three Squad Leaders rose from their seats. Upon rising they saluted to their superiors, and left the office. Once they were gone Fury invited Japer and Rizzit to have a seat.
ﾜThats a good plan.� Said peacemaker. ﾾﾜI must say I am fully impressedﾾ.
ﾜAs am I � commented Fury. ﾾﾜYou two have gone beyond the usual attack methods, but I agree with you: It is the only hope we have of pulling this off. I am also pleased Japer: that you decided to see some action. I think it will be good for you
Yes sir. Thank you sirs. Can I ask you a favor sirs?

ﾜWe dont think we need our AT-AT, so weﾙre leaving it behind. However, if push comes to shove, and we should need it: would you two be willing to transport it down to Fresia and pilot it for us
Fury laughed.ﾾﾜSo now youﾾﾙre dragging us into this thing too? I never thought I would be doing this again, butﾾ�
Oh come on! Rizzit interrupted. You just said a minute ago how it was good for Japer. I think the same is true for you.
ﾾﾜI was going to say okayﾾﾙ Rizzitﾾ� Fury said. ﾾﾜThat is: before you interrupted me so rudely
Sorry sir. I got carried away in the moment.
Nevermind that. Go prepare for tomorrow, and we will stand by if need be of our operation for the AT-AT
ﾜThank you sirsSaid Japer. ﾜYou wont regret this. Comﾙon Rizzit He said as he and Rizzit rose from their seats and saluted their superiors. They then proceeded out the door like the Squad Leaders before them had done. When they were outside the office Japer stopped to have a talk with Rizzit.
ﾾﾜWhat the heck was that all about?!� Japer asked Furiously. ﾾﾀ￯You donﾾﾙt go quoting and furthermore badmouthing a superior. We both could have been demoted
Like I said, Iﾾﾙm sorry. I did get caught up with all the excitement, and besides: I thought Fury was joking.
That may be, but nevertheless: it should not have been done. Iﾾﾙll let it go this time, but from now on: show utmost respect to your superiors.
Alright. Thanks Japer. Im headed off to go brief my squad. Iﾾﾙll meet ya later today before we have our last nightﾾﾙs rest here. Unless youﾾﾙre needed elsewhere.ﾾ�
Nope, not at all. I was going to come by and have a word with all the squads anyways. I am going to see ya later, but not at my office. Iï¾™ll meet ya at your base. Right now: I am off to meet with the DarkDragoons, then I will come to you. Have the Sabaac game ready, because I am going to show you all how to play

The two officers bowed to each other, then headed off to catch two separate transports from the transit center. Rizzit headed off towards the RAIDERﾾﾙs base, and Japer headed off towards the Dark Dragoons. Upon arrival at his base Rizzit knew that he and the squad needed to get the base ready for Japerﾾﾙs coming, but first and foremost the squad needed to be briefed. This was not going to be easy. After just coming back from Mimban, everyone was looking forward to a nice rest; but when is there ever a chance to rest on Vectra?
