I enjoy anime, and I think a lot of it is high quality story. I think there is humor *in* anime, but I'm also open minded enough to take jokes as just that.

I think Argon might get a kick out of Martian Successor Nadesico :P
I can't say that I find all anime funny. I certainly didn't laugh watching Grave of the Fireflies (darn near cried actually, that little girl looked WAY too much like my niece. When she dies of starvation? Not a happy scene). -----------------------
