When I logged on yesterday, i was surprised to see that the VE domain was exactly as it should be. I was half-expecting you guys to either "shut it down" or tell us that we gotta start paying or some other form of April Fool's nonsense. I personally thought last year was funny, but apparently not funny enough for you guys to want to play a practical joke on us this year. I think you're all slacking off! It's you're job to keep us "entertained"  Why have you not done this? By the way, I was kidding about the slacking off bit, but other than that where was the little joke this year? -----------------------

Judging by the response of many members last year, it has been deemed that most of our memberships is totally devoid of both humor and sense. Thus it was considered to be a safe bet that NOT pulling an April Fool's day gag was far preferable to having to put up with five days of indignant idiocy from people who can't read a calendar or take a joke.
As for those of you with some common sense, we apologize. -----------------------

Yes, Fury, I assumed that the whiners last year were the reason for no joke this year. What a pity. Last year's joke was one of the most hilarious things I've seen in the whole time I've been in the VE.  -----------------------
