After seeing all the fuss raised on the "Well..." topic, I decided to start posting the topics on the comnet. Fury has backed my approval of this. These competitions were orignally devised for my squad, but I am now opening up them to you all. This week we will be playing backgammon on Nabiscoworld.com the link is http://www.nabiscoworld.com/games/sw_shock_swbg.htm I am going to have an entrace fee for this competition, and if you don't pay it: I can't stop you from participating, but I can stop you from recieving any part of the winners' circle prizes. So don't forget to send it in!
The rules will be as follows:
-Get approval from your SL before entering.
-Submit an entrance fee of 200 ICs to me.
-Send an e-mail to me and Otto that you have entered.
-Challenge someone in the VE to a game, and be sure that they have also sent in their fee.
-Go to the site and play a game of backgammon. If you need help setting the game up, either e-mail me or ask one of the RAIDERS.
-Send a screenshot of the final results to me and Otto.
-At the end of the comp, depending on how many people played, the top 3 or 4 will get rewarded. -----------------------

Don't forget to learn how to play first.  I, for one, don't know how to play backgammon, although it has been around for a long time. -----------------------

I would be happy to teach anyone who would like to learn. And drogo, i think u can spare 200 ICs. That is why I set it so low. If not, I can loan ICs out to you. -----------------------

Thanks for the monetary concerns, everyone, but I think I can handle the 200 ic entry fee. I just have no friggin' clue as to how backgammon is played.  -----------------------

Same here, I have never played the game myself, I am willing to learn, since these are the only games I can play until I build my new computer... So a crash course is in order... then off to play someone else that has no clue so I have a chance hehe |
