You will finish training when your squadron commander, now Lonewolf,(congrats, you are in Aegis training flight), says that you are ready to be moved into fully active duty. You can get this faster by playing games on the battleboard, chatting it up (IE: Bugging him) on mIRC, posting on the comnet, writing on the stories, etc. -----------------------
