Welcome aboard. A lot of question has come up in the past on how to earn ICs and gain promotions. The answer is: Activity. Stay active. You can gain ICs by recruiting and participating in competitions. You can earn promotions by recruiting, staying active, getting involved, and being creative. *Active - Chatting on mIRC Chat, posting on the ComNet, challening people on the Battleboard, and being creative with your time (graphics, game tutorials, etc.)
