I quit!! Reasons: I hate all men and the majority of you all are men. But more importantly, I hate myself. I don't want anything to do with something that is going to make me feel as if I've been torn apart. This just reminds me too much of all the things I hate in the world. I don't mean to be rude and it really isn't anyone's fault. I just have to deal with stuff my own way. Riel, take me off the roster!   |

If you really feel you have to go then do what you need to, but just a few things.
1. Why do you hate all men? Granted, some men are scum, and we like to joke around a lot, but that is by no means reason to hate us all. And yes, we are mainly male, but why don't you work on that. Get some of your female amigos in on the club, that sort of thing.
2. Hating yourself is never a good thing. It is also usually without reason and is a self destructive kind of thing. If you feel that you need to leave to not hate yourself, go ahead, but I fail to see how that will help, and having a place to escape from reality for a bit like the VEN can be a very good thing.
3. This club is not real life. If you feel like it is tearing you apart, you are prolly taking it way too seriously. I love the VEN, and devote a large amount of my time to it as a resul, but that doesn't mean I lose sleep at night over club issues. -----------------------

No, Talon, this isn't a joke.
The problem here isn't that the Vast Empire is real life ... it's that there IS a real life. And, unfrotunately, real life sucks.
... Which is why I often wish I could wake up one morning and be on the Atrus. Darkhawk's life - even if he is being hunted down by rogue Jedi and shot at all day - is much better than mine.

Unfortunately, he belongs here in VE and I don't want anything to do with this b/c it reminds me of what I lost. I hate myself because I feel so bad right now and I don't like it. So, to get over it, I need some time and separation... And yes, I am aware that this is not RL. LOL!! In some ways I wish it was.... |

I know that i wish it was RL, then i would only have to worry about where my next opponent would be found, the next placement of a shot....Liquid's life is far better than mine, he has found his purpose, where i am still searching. -----------------------
