Also, this is NOT an open invite for people to bother Cosmic about taking the test.
You'll know you are being considered for a slot when some of the Army staff talk to you about the possibilities available for advancement.

This might of already been addressed but just wondering if the Squad Leaders exam was allowed to be taken by anyone or does it require a certain rank. If not I would like to get ahead on any exams i may be offered, or allowed to take to get them done, and out of the way, and boost activity levels, for me and my squad. Thanks again!

You need to be asked to take the exam, you cannot just take it. Regaurdless of rank, if someone feels you are ready: you will take it. As far as boosting activity levels go: if you need to get active, talk with your SL. I am sure they can come up with something for you to do! Start a story, post on an existing story, whatever: if you still have virtually nothing to do, come see me! I'll find some way to torture you.... -----------------------

Yes, your superiors will let you know when we think you're ready to take such an exam. No exams should be asked for.
As for the "Must have a certain rank" thing: yes, you must have some rank, but most important of all: experience. We look at who has leadership experience when we start considering people for these examinations. Rank also helps for the "showie" part of it. Usually you must be Platoon Sergeant to Sergeant Major. -----------------------
