Okay, since the other topic has been shut down, I'm gonna put my questions here... 1)How far exactly are we allowed to go in expressing our opinions before it is considered to be "mocking" a fellow officer(or in my case, just "an" officer). 2)Where are we supposed to go if you refuse to do anything but we still consider the officer to be out of line?  This is not meant to be an insulting question, but it is one I'd like to have adressed.

In my "officer" opinion.. 1) "Expressing your opinions" should be done in private message or not at all. 2) I think in this context of "officer", everybody is an "officer". And the answer: [email protected] - am I the only one who thinks to email him when there is a problem?

Nice answer for #1, so far(and you'll know when I don't...  ), I am in complete agreement with that.  However, there are times when only public attention to an issue can change that.  Luckily, we haven't reached that point. As for #2, Kadaan and Anakin were the ones I'm referring to as "you".  It hasn't happened yet, but I'm wondering what I should do if they don't do anything about it.

Its surprising how much they do do about things without anyone knowing. People who have been.. ahem.. "disciplined".. by the powers-that-be are hardly likely to run around telling everyone about it. Still, if you're still unhappy about a problem, its best to talk to them (Kadann, Anakin & Three) again. If not, your Division commanders are your next best bet. Of course, then you run the risk of annoying them all. Which begs the question.. if theres a problem with someone on IRC, whats wrong with /ignore ?

The way you would handle a problem is just as Bear has said.  You could either first go to your commanding officers or come directly to Anakin, Threeof4 and/or I.  We would prefer that you go to your commanding officers first, if it can be resolved by them. I will do everything in my power to deal with everyone in a fair and just manner, if said problems exist.  If you feel you are being treated unfairly, then tell us.  If after dealing with a problem and it still exists, then you will have to tell us in order for us to deal with it in a new manner.  The only way we know problems exist is if someone tells us or we are right there to witness it. Let's keep The Vast Empire a fun environment for all.
