Ladies and Gentlemen of the Empire,

I thank you for joining me today. We've seen troubled times of late, but the sea is becoming steady and we will soon be on the rise to great things again!

With the newfound activity our great community has found, I feel it's appropriate to have a strong presence in the training aspect of our site. We are a unique group, based on writing as opposed to virtual pixels for our role-playing. Who better to lead our Naval Training Program than a long-time, dedicated individual? One who has stood by me for three quarters of a decade.
