Hey all, this next week I'm going to be heading out to California. I will have my computer with me so I won't exactly be gone, but because of what I'm going to and the school work I have to get done at the same time, I will just go ahead and put myself as on leave in case I can't be here all week.
Why am I going to Cali you might ask. Well, I'm one of 25 people signed up for a writer's workshop with an author named Bodie Thoene. She's a christian author so I won't be surprised if the name doesn't ring any bells. Still, regardless of your religious affiliation, you have to agree that practically getting one-on-one time with someone who is published is NOT an opportunity to pass up. Heck we even get to eat lunch with her for the days we're there.
Hopefully I come back bringing tips and tricks in the writing industry. As a couple of you know one of my dreams is to write a book and get it published, so I'm extremely excited for this!
