Hey, all.

This weekend, I'm going on my very first ski trip! I'd never even seen snow until I was 18, and I've still not seen it in the amounts I gather is required for winter sports; I'm very excited.

I did just realize, however, that I have no idea if the cabin at which I'm staying will have internet access. I'll bring my laptop and hope for a rural mountain coffeeshop with wifi, but I MAY be incommunicado until Monday night.

If I'm not around, hereabouts, for the next few days:

VENA people: you know what to do for any new recruits, and keep workin' on the other projects you're workin' on.

Surprise: The Vast Empire Strikes Back people: keep posting! The story will only continue until the end of next week, so get your words up now before shinies are determined!

Have a great time Trick! We don't get much snow in the UK, but since I came to Japan there is tons of the stuff! In fact, I lived for two years in the part of Japan where they once held the Winter Olympics, so I am now fully educated in winter sports. Skiing is great fun, go have a blast my friend!

Typical. I got up here, only to have a relapse of mastoiditis. So, didn't really get to ski... I did at least see snow, along the side of the road. Leaving in a couple hours, back to the city, and the hospital.

Ugh.
