Mount & Blade: Warband is eating my life a little bit these days. Obviously, SW:TOR has some fans hereabouts, too (I should be getting it first week of February!). What genres do you like? I LOVE MOUNT AND BLADE!!!
Though, I only have the original, not Warband or Fire and Sword.
I like the game because it had such a GINORMOUS modding community!

A lot of different kinds.
Minecraft, Battlefield 2, Skyrim, Saints Row the Third, Crysis, Mass Effect 2, Mount and Blade, Age of Empires 3.

No, I really dislike Steam. Because I had dial up, I couldn't validate any of my games through Steam, thus I couldn't play them.
I just buy the games.

If you like a good modding community there are a few games I can recommend: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic I and II (I prefer the first one, but both had good modding communities in their days, and you can find quite a few mods for both games.) Fallout 3 Fallout Las Vegas<----Looking to get this one. Dragon Age Origins (I personally didn't like Dragon Age 2) I'm sure some more will come to me eventually. I used to have KOTOR 1 and I do have KOTOR 2 already...I also have Fallout 3, loved it, but I didn't like Fallout: NV that much.
I might get Dragon Age Origins though...
