Hey, folks. I think the Navy Story Board is restricted to Navy members, but I'm in the "more interdivisional collaboration is desirable" camp, so if any of you troopers are interested in joining myself and the crew of my ship, the Surprise, for our run-on (which is set to resume this week, now the holidays are over), chime in here in this thread! We'll figure out a way to make it work; I'd love to have some kick-arse blaster-wielding PCs aboard once we get down to boarding (and there should be a LOT of boarding this story). Sure, I'll help you out. Consider me in on this plan. Although, I'll have to use an NPC seeing as Crest is currently stuck in snow. I'll get to work on looking over the Navy Spec. I fully encourage any and all Army members to participate in this story, either using your actual characters or NPCs (note that NPCs might be easier to explain away, but the choice is ultimately yours). However, a friendly reminder: your regular squad stories, in this case the HSC, should still be your first priority when it comes to posting and such. Otherwise, if you feel you can handle the marginal additional work load, it should be an interesting time! Jegora Fal

I think, depending on the success (fingers crossed) of this tale, I may just do that. For now, though, this story started as an official Navy story, and though it's grown a bit to experiment with a bunch of meta-level ideas, it still needs to fulfill that function. Ack!
