Greetings everyone,
It's been some time since I last gave any details about the current state of the Navy, however, I think it's a tad obvious. I'm not going to spend a great deal of time on our activity as we all need to work on it if we want to continue to be a division.
That said, let's move on to the most recent roster changes. I've done an extensive revamping of the roster, so take a look and edit your signature accordingly. These changes are permanent and not open for discussion...unless I forgot you. If you're on Driver's list and wish to return to active duty, please PM me and we'll make arrangements on that as well.
Looking at our current numbers, which sits at eight (8) members, we've got our work cut out for us to turn this ship around...again. I, as well as every NHC member, will be more than happy to hear your ideas on retrieving some of our lost members and gaining some new people as well. So, if you think you have an idea, send the NHC a PM and we'll discuss it!
Also, until further notice, we're implementing reporting incentives, as follows:
+ 10,000 IC's per report sent to appropriate member(s) ON TIME
+ 100,000 IC's per report sent to appropriate member(s) ON TIME for a month
+ A one (1) rank promotion for consistent reporting for 2 months
Alternatively,
- 5,000 IC's per late report
- 10,000 IC's per missed report
- A one (1) rank demotion for consistently missing reports four (4) consecutive weeks
- Loss of active duty role, place in Away With Out Leave (AWOL), and demoted one (1) rank for consistently missing five (5) reports consecutively
Seriously folks, it's the easiest and least time consuming thing we do here. Get them in
On the bright side, we can look forward to promotions and medals come the end of the current Naval story! Please continue that story as if nothing has changed, all changes story wise will take effect following completion of the Belgaroth story.
