@Tryk: I reversed your addition to the second symbol. I think I gave the wrong impression using NHC members as an illustration of the concept- those stories can come from anyone, with reasonable boundaries. Unit commanders are the only ones likely to ever do such a story, but it won't necessarily be NHC members most of the time. In fact, I don't think we've documented one yet from someone who was an NHC member at the time they wrote it.

If it's still possible, I'd like to have a crack at this. I'll start with 1999 when I get approval.

The first story I'd switch over to show as a Single Ship/Small Unit Story. The people involved are part of a larger Taskforce, true, but the story really centers around just the Doashim and those on her.

The Nazgul story was part of a competition, so it qualifies as well even if the content isn't exactly combat. Give it the Flight Story pic.

The Kaph story is okay too, since it's an official squadron story. Add it in as a Squadron Story.

If you want to take another year, feel free to do so. If not, that's great too. If you do want to, 2008 is open to you.

Ellie, it sounds like it might be best for you to just fix your tech issues first, before starting to help out with this project.  Don't worry, we're not in an inordinate rush or anything; fix your machine and there'll be stuff left to do, I'm sure. 

Hey, all. Just noting that this project is still going. We still need 2006 and earlier done, and I'll pay 5,000 ICs per mission you record. 20 missions = 110,000 ICs (Yes, a bonus of 10,000 ICs).

Hey, is this still going? Because I would be more than happy to do 2006, or, any other year for that matter.

VENI and VENA symbols done, and uploaded to the wiki.  I may redo them at some point - they aren't great - but for now, they'll do just fine.

On Trick's authorization, I'm "gravedigging" this thread.

I have also been given authorization from Trick to revive this project. If anyone wants to help catalogue the entries, I would appreciate it.

As before, I would appreciate if you would use the same form as Drac had originally started it:

Mission Name: Just type in the name of the mission.
Mission Type: What type of unit performed the mission? Could be a Flight, Squadron, Wing, Small-unit, Taskforce, Fleet, Navywide, Chapter, or special CD (see the Note below).
Mission Unit: The name of the specific unit (or units) that took part.
Mission Commander: Who was in charge of the mission?
Mission Start Date: What day was the original post starting the mission made?
Mission Link: Add a link to the mission topic, so I can easily check and retrace your steps.

I'm going to work on reformatting the page as a whole as well, so if anyone wants to take part, I would prefer less people to modify the wiki directly, at least until the reformatting is done. If you would just post the forms directly as a reply, it would be great for me.

Moving on, I just finished the template for the timeline. I've applied it to 2011.

I personally think it's cleaner in the table. Thoughts?

Ended up pretty nice, adding another column for it. I think for now it's more important just to get the entries documented...

One problem with that... I've been combing through the old forum and I can't make head or tail of it. I know Drac's original goal to include this, but I won't be able to take care of this part. There's no separation of stories or even markings for what's what in the story forums.

Those were my thoughts as well.

Just a quick update: I've collected the stories from the beginning of this comnet up through about June of 2005.
