Um, why would you join the DJO? Do you get paid more, or like get to be a moderator?
I just wondered what is so special about being a DJ.(Not that i don't wanna be one, I DO!)

First off, it would be an honor to join the Dark Jedi Order. It is our most Elite Division in the entire Vast Empire.
Payment varies just like any other division. I believe that the DJO members get paid a little more, because the DJO is an elite division.
