Besides the academy, maybe we should have a seperate training faciility... You know, like have a place for the pilots to make a suggestions to each other about there flying skills. This way battles will be a little more heated up. You could have like certain levels of training. Not quite cammander, more like having levels. Kind of like white belt, blue belt, yellow belt ect. The higher up you get, the harder things get. Kind of like a public flight simulater. It's just a little idea though.

In theory any pilot who flies another pilot should be giving tips on how to improve their flying for the betterment of the Navy as a whole. I do not believe a seperate facility of any kind is necissary to further this end. -----------------------

He doesn't mean that. He means.. a league table for all the Navy pilots, in which everyone can move up the steps to become better than each other, and have certain rewards for it. Something like this:
(going lowest to highest)
TRAINEE - SIGN UP
LEVEL 1 PILOT - PLAY 10 GAMES
LEVEL 2 PILOT - WIN 25 GAMES
5k prize
LEVEL 3 PILOT - WIN 50 GAMES
10k prize
LEVEL 4 PILOT - WIN 100 GAMES
15k prize
LEVEL 5 PILOT - WIN MORE GAMES THAN ANYONE ELSE
25k prize
Then you have the right to call yourself a Level whatever pilot.. I dunno, maybe some people get their kicks like that  -----------------------

I know about the UCPA, but what if we had sessions where maybe someone takes a group of people out in whatever game and teaches them what to do in certain stituations (like if someone is on your tail or you cant get a lock on a person). I think it would better the Navy before the next ORWs. -----------------------

I have heard no confirmed news about any new outer rim wars. Secondly it would take having a pilot who knew such things and also had the willingness and patience to teach it to others. -----------------------
