Physical description:

She is somewhat short and small, but though she is small she bears some muscle (though muscular would still not be what anyone would call her). Her hair is long and flowing and seems almost to fall in natural curls just below her shoulders, but in reality her hair is naturally straight and only appears as straight when she wears it back. Overall her body is well kept. Somehow she fills out her uniform. Her face almost always seems to bear a smirk of the overconfident, a scowl of annoyance, or just a blank serious look. In other words, she doesn’t smile often. Her eyes are also hardened and guarded.

Background:

Vanity was born to Anaya and Truel Morukuv on Onderon. Her brother died at birth and her mother died giving birth to him. This caused Vanity’s father to become depressed and angry, sometimes blaming Vanity for her mother’s death. He became abusive and then one day just left Vanity at the age of seven. She was eventually taken into an orphanage, but she ran away because the beatings there reminded her of her father. Vanity lived in the wilderness until she stowed away onto a ship that took her to Nar Shaddaa. Not long after she got there she was taken by some evil people who kept her and tortured her out of their own pleasure. They also had a 15-year-old boy that they had captured, and, with the boy’s help, Vanity was able to escape. Unfortunately the friendship and help didn’t last long and the boy, Korinth, betrayed Vanity and almost killed her, but she escaped and was helped by some random stranger. This was her turning point, and, as she grew up on Nar Shaddaa, she became both a bounty hunter and murderer. She even killed her father who had apparently ended up on the Smuggler’s Moon as well and met by chance (though he did not recognize her because he was drunk). Eventually Vanity met up with Korinth again who pleaded that he was changed. Vanity let him help her. He got her to stop becoming the dark person she was and realize that not everyone is evil and remains that way. Korinth knew that the process for Vanity to become who she would have been if her life had been normal would be long, and so he suggested joining the Vast Empire for several reasons. Vanity would have to deal with all the people she came in contact with, and she would have to respect those people no matter what she thought of them. Thus, Vanity ended up in the VENA.

Personality:

Vanity’s name has some meaning. She is vane in many ways. Her confidence in herself is higher than it should be. Her capabilities with flying things…. Not too well, but she can manage with training. She likes to keep her past a secret seeing as it would get her into trouble and she can’t deal with it. Her stability now is wavering. Some days she reverts back to who she was on Nar Shaddaa and other times she is more like a normal person. She is not a very girly girl and, in fact, is more of a tomboy in many aspects. Short jokes are not a good idea ever (though any guy/girl would probably be able to beat her easily if she tried to fight them). Overall, Vanity is a very overconfident girl who strives to be more than she is. It frustrates her that she feels weaker than a lot of others. Of course, as she tries to live a normal life, things will change for her.

It was actually supposed to be Avalon. I had to be registered manually and there was a mistype. I'm getting used to the name though. Sorry to confuse you. XD

Edit: And while I am on here I might as well say that, despite just joining, I am going to be gone for a whole week's worth of time. I'm leaving today (July 11th) and won't be back til probably July 19th.

Also- I like the bio; just confused as to how she was murdering people if she had issues with actual fighting?  Perhaps killing from long-range with weapons?  Just breezing past.

Yeah, when she plays bounty hunter she doesn't play by the normal rules. Vanity would kill without giving them a chance to fight back. But if it comes down to hand to hand she is not very skilled.
