It depends how active the person you sent it to is. People have lives, and if they can't even pay the rent because they spend every waking second on the VE dealing with everything, well, they wouldn't be here for very long now would they?
As well, it helps if you send it to multiple people (just make sure it's the academy staff, not random strangers on the street...) What I'm saying is that the test may not of reached the intended recipient(s). PM those to whom it may concern, and ask them directly what the problem is.

Skarr in personal experience I got my results about ten minutes

Squad Specs are usually graded one by one until you have completed the entire program.
