Hey all of you. A lot of things have been changing in the Navy, and with no Navy storyline for you all to have, and no MP comps, in all honesty, I've seen activity lag. Now, this makes ME look bad, so I wanna see what I can do to change all that. I want you all to post ideas on anything to raise activity. It can be comps, storys, missions, whatever. Just post whatever idea you come up with. I want to see what you guys (and gals) want and make the Navy that much better. -----------------------

Well i must say I've noticed the lack in activity as well. That's why I started an Aegis stroy for my squadron to post on as well started a Wing ! story for just the Viper and Aegis with Warmaker's help. I say each of use starts a run-on cause if we start a navy wide story, then individual squadron stories would lack in their use. I feel that each squadron leader should start a run on for their squadron. A comp could be made out of this, or something to help individual squadrons keep their stories going could also be employed. That's my input for the week.

The Ultimate Pilot Competition is going to kick off tomorrow evening, Riel, but I'm not sure how much participation the academy is going to receive for it. Hopefully SOMEONE will want to earn the title of best pilot in the navy.  -----------------------

I wonder if people realise that they'll get a medal if they send an article into VE Today?
200 - 600 words please, in a .doc or .txt file, about a subject of your choice to do with the VE, to [email protected] 
Get it in by Saturday evening and it'll go in this fortnights issue..
Oh, and make sure you sign it.
Maybe we should have a graphics competition to design banners, badges etc for the wings, fleets, ships and even squadrons (a couple don't have one)? Just a thought.. -----------------------

Medal? What medal? *checks the Naval Handbook* OHH! The Letter of Commendation? Yes... yes indeed... I will authorize the award of one (1) Letter of Commendation (LoC) to each person to send an article in. As the Handbook says, this award can only be givin once.

how about a pool tourney with prizes for the winner and second place
set it up tourney style with a bracket, or round robin would work, if you wanted more games
