Update: I have an offer in on one house after another one fell through. I've been waiting for damn near a week to hear back (stupid bank owned homes). If it goes through I'll be in a huge mess of paperwork and packing. Good news is the house (if I get it) is already pre-wired for FIOS, so my actual "downtime" should be limited.
