Hello, Kun. I'm one of the Operators here at the Academy.
A couple suggestions:
-Weight: I know you want him to seem skeletal, but 166 lbs for a 7'2'' Mon Cal is going a bit far. You might want to push that up to around the 200 lbs mark, or push his height down some.
-Appearance: All three of the sections could stand to be longer, but the first two are really suffering. You might consider adding info about how he prefers to dress and what he wants others to think of his appearance.
-Personality...is he a quiet sort or more outgoing? Does he like to get his hands dirty in direct work or prefer to work with computer terminals? Being friendly with bartenders and nuclear scientists is good, but why is he friendly with them? How would he react to being insulted or reprimanded? How would he react to a compliment? Any or all of these are things you can consider and add to flesh out his personality. You could also use a bunch of similar tidbits you come up with yourself.
-History: You have a good basis for his background, all it really needs is some more depth. I'd suggest writing a bit more about what he did when he was away from the orphanage. What age did he first go there at? What age was he when he left for the last time? Why was he there that day?
You don't need to write a book, just add a bit more detail and you'll be in great shape.
