Ok, here's the deal. IRC has decided to stop working on my computer all together. mIRC won't connect, I even installed 6.01. And that still didn't work. jIRC almost loads, but also doesn't connect, hell, i even weant to the EH page where they have jIRC, and reconfigured to vast_empire, still nothing. It wouldn't even connect to the EH channel. So you guys won't have to deal with me any more on the main. So celebration for you huh? If any one gets the urge to actually come and talk to me, my AIM screen name is pyrovansman420. Oh, and I MIGHT be able to get on jIRC while i'm at school, but if any one wants to be challengin me for any BB shtuff, you're gunna have to wait while i try and get IRC working again. TTFN

Well, I finally know what the problem is. You know how i've told you guys about the net nanny that I have? Well aparently, it's finally gotten IRC blocked. Damn thing is so annoying. I hate when it does this. It doesn't block IRC for 6 full months, then just pops up one day and blocks it. I'll get on IRC when ever I can at school. And in the meantime, I'll work on getting my parents to get a new server, even if I have to get a job to pay for it. -----------------------

I'm not quite sure how much this will help, but why don't you try UNINSTALLING mIRC, then RE-INSTALLING it. It just might do the trick! -----------------------

Negative, uninstalling mirc and reinstalling will not fix it brother,
however. There are a few solutions.
If you can afford 10 dollars.. even 5 dollars a month buy a
shell account and isntall a bnc on it, connect with mirc(or whatever
irc client you use to get to irc) to the bnc rather than massassi.
OR if anyone in the VE has a linux server, ask if they will
lend a hand and allow you to run a bnc on thier computer.
A call goes out to all *nix using Vast Imperials out there. Otto
needs a bnc so he can connecto the main VE channel again, anyone
willing to give an account would be muchly obliged i'm sure. If
setting up the bnc is a problem I will be happy to help.
