Hey. I'm sure some of you are wondering what changes will be made to the academy. They will slowly be put up, as I edit various utilites to suit. Something that might shock a few, I'm afraid, is to totally clear out all members beneath my position. CoT:A will remain open, and ready to receive applications immediatly [email protected]Training Officer and Drill Instructors are removed from my academy, so obviously no one can be them. Zeshaun, You can just tell me why you'd want the job. A 'resume' of course, isn't needed, but think of this as your cover page to one. Just tell me why you'd be good/why you want the job.

I can't speak for the Instructors or the Advisors who I have to say done a really great job in the Academy and I thank you for all of your support that you gave me when I was CoT:A
The "big deal" is the way in which it was handled. One minute you get told your job is safe, the next you get to read about your dismissal in a ComNet page.

It shouldn't become a mess if everyone keeps their heads about it. Afterall, we're not wanting to start a fight, we just want answers.
Mainly as to why this decision was made so quickly, when many of the staff were dealing with recruits at that time. It's left everyone who was in the process of being trained left without leadership, and very confused.
Also, Yillis was never 'picked' as CoT by 'us', Ibram.
