Often there are no meetings either because there are no higher-ups who can conduct meetings on IRC, or Kad's away or somethibg along those lines. |

As of late, I've been holding the meetings. Last week and a half I've been sick, but that wouldn't really have stopped me.
What really holds a meeting back is a lack of reports. Without reports, it's useless to have a meeting because there would be nothing to talk about. Some people send in reports (kudos to them), and some don't. Some may send in reports, but superiors may not receive them, receive them on time, etc.
As for myself, I must rely on getting the Army reports from the Commanders ComNet - this translates into: if you send a report via any other method other than using the Commanders ComNet, I didn't get the report (nor did I even see a report).
