ComNet Sticky Topics Update

I'd like to suggest updating the appearance of the sticky topics on the ComNet. Perhaps we can make the titles of the sticky topics bold or bold/italics so that they're easier to see initially? (Perhaps both bold and this color)

At the moment, the only way to discern a regular topic from a sticky topic is via the small sticky topic icon.

That's my two cents anyway.

It's a simple but effective idea Cosmic. I'll be honest with everyone here and say I didn't realise we even had stickered topics until like two weeks into my activity here

That's a good idea. Sticky topics could have "Sticky:" or something in front of their subjects, to make it more obvious that they are sticky topics.

Making them a certain color is not going to work, unless we define a color in each of the css for all the themes. Each theme might need a different color
