STC Training Roster Addition

For Kad:

Was wondering if you could set aside another category for me to "delete" the inactive individuals on the training roster to. Perhaps something like this:

When I click the drop-down menu next to their name, have an option to send them to the Killed In Training (KIT) roster (like the AWOL/Non-Members/Retired/Reserves rosters - just making a new name).

If that could be done, that'd be a great help. At the moment, there's 300+ trainees on the roster, and I need to click the Next button to get past ALL of them in order to select just a handful of new names. The pages load somewhat slow, so it takes a while to get to the Z section of the alphabet.
