Need some more information:
- What version of IE?
- What page were you loading?

The ICS doesn't really use javascript other than for the stock quotes. Did you try to do a refresh of the page?

It was one of the older IE's and I was opening the store main page.
No I didn't refresh but whenever I reopened the page, the error came up.
