BUG REPORT: Refresh Error

When I pressed refresh, the page apparently reverted to an older form of its self. The boxes around the VE TODAY AND posts were gone and the VE today headline was invisible. All text in Caps, blue black and purple
Comnet and wiki etc links smaller bold blue font
has remained in said condition after additional refresh
pretty sure is error

Page now works but seriously was a problem just then

Please provide further explanation. I'm not sure what page you are referring to that had a problem.
