There are two types of topics that should be found in this Comnet, either bug reports or general support requests. Any other messages will be deleted.
If you have a question or don't know how something works, then add your question to this SupportNet ComNet with the topic of your question in the subject. Don't just put "Question" or "Help" in the subject line as you won't get as much attention to your request. Add something like "Question about Bank" or "Help with logging out"; that will get you more help than just a generic message.
If you find a coding bug or an error displayed on a web page that no one else has reported yet, then when it is fixed you will be rewarded 100,000 ICs for your trouble in reporting the bug. If the same or similar bug is opened for something that already existed, then the new topic will be deleted.
Once a bug is fixed, the topic will be locked. If the bug reappears or happens in a different area, then a new topic will needed to be started in order to get any attention to the bug. The person who starts the new topic for the reappearing bug will also be awarded 100,000 ICs.

BUG: The abstract description (short description)
In the message field, add the following information:
- URL: The net address that got the error
- A description of what you were trying to do at the time.
- The detailed error message that was displayed on the page if there was any.
