Im talking about the Vast Empire's almost-a-newspaper-but-not-quite-thing.

Was wondering how you would get around to applying to be a reporter for it, or if its even possible to do...

Currently, you can just go to the VET website and register. Once you've been approved, you can start writing up articles.
