I never knew who my parents were. From as early as I can remember, I have been raised by two adults who served the Empire as army clerks. I recognize that they raised me, but I feel no special emotional connection to them. My loyalties lie more with the Empire than with any one person. They wanted me to make more of a life for myself, so I joined the Imperial Navy and am now in the Naval Academy. I am a fairly ambitious recruit that hopes to make a name for herself in the Navy.
So speaking of storylines, is any particular time period valid? Post-ROTJ, pre-ANH, pre-TPM, etc.? And what should I do next?

I think you should just put "Vast Imperial Flight School", since that's where normally the Squadron names are on the roster. -----------------------
