Ok. According to Angel the leave boards shouldn't exist and I'm beginning to think this too. Why not take away the leave boards and make a leave thread- stickied of course - in each divisions board? When HC members leave they can simply post on the main site.

The seems like a more efficient idea. It'd make it easier to tell who's leaving from which division.
