Hey folks, I just had a thought. Farmers Union is a bunch of farmers, right? They need to be able to sell their food for a high enough price to be able to buy military units. So if we sell all of our surplus food at the minimum possible price, we can undercut some of their capacity by limiting how much money they make. -----------------------

i would, but i don't have surplus food, i could buy some food and sell it at a loss (of profit) to try some of that, but i would lose incredible amounts of money, all of which i need, it is a good plan, if only we had some farmers. -----------------------

I've been approached by the leader of the Pirate nation [Arr], in a request for help against FU. FU is picking a fight over land grabs, and will be declaring war on Friday. [Arr] has asked if we will help. See as I would rather not let FU get above us, and allying with Arr will give us equal numbers, I think this might be a good idea. Thoughts? Do you know what the best way to ruin a farmer is? Torch his fields. I just burnt 700k of balor's food (plus destroyed about 70k of his jets)

i don't know if it helps at all, but when i buy my 5 million food every fifty turns or so i go to the black market, sure, its a bit more expensive, but FU doesn't get a penny. -----------------------
