Ok, ya, here i am about to write ANOTHER suggestion, and i dunno if it would work...
*sighs*
Anyway, what if we had recruitment stories?
I mean like, the story is about how you recruited this person...how you met and ETC.
It would make things more intresting,{it would for me at least..hehe}

ANd it could all be under one topic: Recruitment stories, under storynet for instance..navy and army...but of course it is only an idea...

Interesting, but we would only have so many. as you can see, most new recruits dont have a recruiter. We only recruit those who will be active for a while every so often. Not many of us have ever even recruited anyone like that.

The only way I would see it necessary would be for certain situations in division, ex.

DJO-Retrieval of a possible DJK

VEHC-Enlistment history, biography (kinda) of soldier

ARMY/NAVY-Info about soldier becoming an officer

As Will had mentioned though, the flowing of new recruits would make our members pour nearly all our efforts into completing this. Referring to a comment Cos made a while ago "I just noticed we got 3 new recruits in like 20 mins..." (It reminded me of that when I read your post)
Its a great idea, as are many, but in my mind does not seem practical. (unless of course we narrow it down as specified above)

Jak, you misunderstood me. I think Hellra meant that we as active members write about how we recruited certain members. What I said was that we dont get many recriuts that actually stays that often. Most new recruits found us out by themselves, so they dont have a recruiter. For as long as I've been in the VE, which is about 10 months, I've seen about 10, 15 at most, that were recruited by current members and actually stayed with us.

No no Will, I understood you completely.
Although, I still believe it wouldn't be worth the effort. It's also true that many new recruits dont even bother to stay and work, so a recruitment story would inevitably turn into toilet paper.
