Well, one of the perks of being the head honcho is that I get to read through all the glowing recomendations that get made and compare them to medal descriptions and stare at the roster for a good long while until I decide what to do.
That said, I've got some promotions to perform.
For their activity in Chapter 8, even though they came in late and in most cases had to find a way to hop into the middle of action Crewman Dirk, Eeth Koth and Kaminari are all promoted to Leading Crewman. Additionally all three are also awarded the Merit Cross, 2nd Class, for having the initiative to jump into Chapter 8 even though it was often a big mess.
For his exceptional activity in Chapter 8 Leading Crewman Laguna is promoted to Senior Crewman. Senior Crewmen Jack Nebulax and Willtconq are, likewise and for basically the same reasons, promoted to Petty Officer 2nd class. Furthermore and likewise and so forth Warrant Officer 2nd Class chipmunk man is promoted to Warrant Officer 1st Class, and Warrant Officer 1st Class Shazam is promoted to Chief Warrant Officer.
Additionally, all five of the above pilots are also awarded the Victory Cross for their contributions to Chapter 8. (Thats blue trim, unless you already have it, and then you upgrade as per the medal text.)
I'll be updating the roster when I finish posting this.

haha, that's funny.
I just had this wierd felling, its as if Jack is almost a copy of me, we were promoted to SCRW together, made flight leaders around the same time, promoted to PO2 together, and awarded [VC:B] together as well. The only difference is that he joined 2 months before I did. -----------------------
