just a question, if some one applyed and got refused, how long would they have to wait to re-apply, i know at one time before i came here it was three months because i've been bored and reading all the topics on here. so ya, how long?

Last I saw, there was no set rule. Keep it reasonable. Flooding the DC's inbox is a bad idea.
