Just so everybody knows what I want in order for a person to join the Vast Empire Engineering corporation: I must recieve the applicants e-mail address by e-mail.  Otherwise I will not be able to add them to the mailing list and being on the mailing list is neccessery for entry into the VEEC. I must also recieve some indication that the applicant wishes to join in the first place. Once the applicant is accepted I am fairly demanding for getting results. The environment is competitve and as such most of the time it will be between several people who I will pay for a project.  If the personel decide to work together they shall split pay accordingly. I will post things on here about once a month just to keep this topic on the comnet default display. These posts will be expansions of regulations, corrections, and parts of the manual that have been revised.

Time for my first update on this topic. I will be reiterating the regulations concerning the Droid operator positions of the VEEC. The TIE Droid Operator is to be a person who is currently only enlisted in the VEEC.  Thier duties are no different from the Combat Engineer, technician, or any other position with one exception: In order to allow the person who is occupying the position a chance to participate in the ongoing fiction, during run-ons they will be allowed to post to approriate Navy run-ons.  Thier additional duty is to control the vast array of Droid Fighters of the Vast Empire Navy during times of combat. The Battle Droid Operator Position is vitrually identical except it pertains to the Droid forces of the Vast Empire Army. In all other regards the Droid Operators are the same as Senior Combat Engineers(if I remember the payscale correctly anyway).

I don't know the Guidelines Daishi. I would like to join, but I don't know the guidelines, or much about designing and stuff.I want to join and maybe learn how. Can you send me a copy of the guidelines or post them on here.

The manual can be found on the VEEC site, accesible from the VE domain. Time for an expansion on the manual: Special Operations Subdivision. The Special Operations Subdivision is to be the mercenary units available to the Vast Empire for hire during times of need. Devided according to thier primary capabaility the units will participate in whatever competition, campaign, or other activity they wish. Certain campaigns may be taken without charge with the consensus of the leaders of each of the mercenary units. Pay will be negotiated on a mission by mission bases with the appropriate represenative from each division. Due to the mercantile nature of the VEEC, it shall serve as the overseer and arbitrator of mercenary matters. An application containing the capabilities of the person who wishes to join the Special Operations Subdivision shall be sent to the Baron Administrator, Leader of the SOS, and the leaders of all the mercenary units currently recognized by the SOS. Further regulations shall be posted as new issues are brought to my attention.

Time again for another post so people know what's up. Any project that is assigned to a person by another division may qualify to be paid thier VEEC wage for the project depending upon the nature of the project. If I think the project is good and has widespread use throughout the VE(at least the majority of one of the divisions) I will pay an appropriate amount of IC's. This will also be applicable to the Special Operations Subdivision on a more limited bases though since they are mercenaries and not regular technicians. As such the XO of the VEEC shall negotiate appropriate pay with the commander of the Special Operations Subdivision with myself acting as arbitrator.

I'm new here and I sent an e-mail, but how do you use the Tie to XVT editor. It is a dos based program, and I'm not very good with those.
