Anybody here ever having something freaky that they can't explain happen? I've had a couple incidents while reenacting and giving tours. With others to confirm what happend, too. -----------------------

Hmm. Lets see. When I was six, the family went to some huge sale in this warehouse-like building. I got lost, of course, but then a woman walked up to me (she was standing near the railing of the 2nd floor - yes, I'm on the 2nd floor -), and asked me if I was lost. I said "Yes". She then said my mothers name and waited until my family came to me (which was 2 minutes later).
Guess the weird part of it all was that she knew a lot of things about my situation and family names.
I wouldn't call this a "Ghost" though, heh.

One time when I was really really young, not sure what age, I remember me and my brothers were running around playing some kind of game... The next thing I know I'm in the celler, and I'm going up the stairs, and I turn around... And theres some dude in a full suit, gas mask, really funky looking, then something exploded, then I as in the house again. Very faint, big spot missing...

I actually made people think I was a ghost once. It was halarious. On a complete whim, I put my Civil War (American) uniform (Union) on and went for a walk at about 11pm-midnight. So I'm walking along this little road, and people were slamming on their brakes and staring at me as they drove by. So I just ignored them like they weren't even there. Then some car actually went past and turned around, to see me again. So I jumped into the trees and hid. They were freaking out, trying to figure out where in the world I had gone. I had a heck of a laugh after they left. -----------------------

I had this really freaky thing happen to me one time when my grandpa was getting a wasps nest out of his tool shed thingy and I ran behind the house and saw my aunt and fell then I ended up in my house and I didn't know how I got home because It is a 45 min drive and my parents didn't know what happened because they didn't know about anything that happened to me. -----------------------

no, no, im bettin most of you who are talkin fromw hen you are little kids are just confusiong dreams from then and reality. like when i was sleeping in my grandparents basement and and coulda swore i saw the shadow of a skeleton pass buy my door.
then ther was this house i lived in that was wher Kootnia indian burial ground was and we had shit fall off of walls and slide around the house, but then it was an old house and coulda been tilted. -----------------------

Yeah you are probably right I guess it could have been a dream but I never really knew. I was hallucinating once at night when I was sick with a viral infection in my throught and I could have sworn I was a robot. -----------------------

The incidents that have happened to me have all been in the past couple of years, so they weren't confusing dreams as a kid. And they have happened either at the Gettysburg battlefield, or the Wheatland Mansion (home of former President James Buchanan, house is 180 years old) where I give tours. Wehter or not they were actual ghosts, I cannot say. I just know that I have no way of explaining them rationally. -----------------------

I had this dream that I was in a driveby shooting. For the longest time I would have sworn it happened, like I would compare it to things in my mind. Just never brought myself to think aloud.
I'll think about something in class, then that next night I'll have a nightmare about it.
But I was never like my brother Joe. Joe had night terrors. Joe would actually be scared out of his wits, you know beyond reasoning. My mom was really scared when she'd hear him scream at about two am. -----------------------

I used to have a recurring dream about aliens attacking my elementary school. It was always the same, except that each night it would get a little longer. The scariest part was when I was trying to hide my family, but they didn't care about the aliens fiding us. -----------------------

Hey, I have had some seriously messed up dreams. Realistic, too. The trick is to have three or four mugs of chamomile tea before going to bed. Sends you right to that nice stage of REM sleep that fosters cool dreams. -----------------------

Falling is usually how my dreams end. Like I would be walking in a field and then a hole or cliff would open up and I would fall into darkness and wake up. I guess I have a fear of falling. -----------------------

Yeah that is true but once I woke up like that and I must have fallen out of bed and I skinned my knee on the wall. It really hurt because the scab was healing and I couldn't walk because it would break open everytime I bended my knee. -----------------------

my brother fell off a bunk bed, broke his arm, crawled back up to bed and slept the rest of the night. i dunno why he fell, but damn its wierd that he went back up to bed after breaking his arm, i'd be using the excuse to get out of school, of course he was on a school field trip.
i had a dream where i was suffocating once and i woke up and one of my cats was sleeping on my face. -----------------------

Wow that the cat sleeping on your face sounds funny. I was sleeping in my basement once and we had some baby kittens in there and the were all hyped up on Nip. They were zooming around and were jumping on me and my brothers. -----------------------

When I was little, I had a lot of those nightmares where I was stuck in the middle of the street on my hands and knees, wanted desperately to get out of the street, but couldn't move no matter how hard I tried. Or there are the ones where I'm in the car with no driver and the car starts moving. Hate those kinds of dreams. -----------------------
